Outfit – Red flower blouse & Lash extensions

Today I have a new blogpost for you and I also wanted to talk to you about my lash extensions, since I got so many questions regarding these. Even though I don’t have them for such a long time yet I still already know what I think about them, how to handle them and why you all need to get them, so I guess we better start with this topic because I know you all want to hear more about it!

Lash extensions

I got my lash extensions two and a half weeks ago and they still look awesome. I know that some people only get a refill on their lash extensions every four to five weeks, but since I am a swimmer and I swim four times, I am in the pool in total almost 5 hours, per week, I knew: that’t not going to work for me. Furthermore I am struggling with some neurodermatitis just around my eyes which also can be a problem with lash extension because they sometimes don’t last that long because of these skin irritations. I spoke with my lash stylist and we agreed on refilling my lashes every three weeks, we also thought it might even be necessary every two weeks, but no three weeks are totally fine. I have the most natural way you can get for these extensions where you just get one extension per lash glued on, since I am a very pale person with light colored hair, everything else for me personally would have been too much.

Regarding the care of my extensions, I try to do nothing with them, I avoid rubbing my eyes, I avoid combing through them too often, I avoid to touch them too often, and with these things they actually last really well on my eyes. So well, that I actually never want to miss them anymore. I already had some lash extensions in July and loved them back then as well, but these are just even better because they are even prettier and my lash stylist is a real queen, she just made me the perfect lashes I could have ever asked for! What do you think about lash extensions, have you ever tried it? Do you have any questions which I haven’t answered left? About the price: I cannot give you an answer since it totally depends on your personal lashes how many lashes you get glued on, how long it takes an so on, so better just go and ask a lash stylist yourself.

Wearing red

Moving on to the outfit, this time I am finally wearing some color aka RED. I’ve always been told that red actually suits me well, but I’ve never been a real fan of it. As you know, I am generally no big fan when it comes to colorful clothes. Well, I think it’s official now: That changed. Lately I’ve been so much in love with red and flower prints, I cannot believe it myself, however I still feel best wearing something simple and not so colorful, so you probably won’t find me wearing only reds and colorful stuff in the next few months. However I paired my red flower blouse with some coated black skinny jeans, some shiny boots, a small black bag and some huge sunnies. Since it was super warm the day I took the pictures, I didn’t even need a jacket, for colder days I’d probably go for a black coat or a leather jacket on top.
